  • Melakukan perawatan rutin dan pemeriksaan berkala terhadap semua mesin produksi makanan seperti mesin vacuum, sealing, dan peralatan lainnya untuk memastikan kinerjanya optimal.
  • Mengidentifikasi masalah teknis dan melakukan perbaikan sesuai kebutuhan. Hal ini meliputi pemecahan masalah cepat saat mesin mengalami gangguan dalam proses produksi.
  • Menjalankan proses perawatan preventif untuk memastikan mesin beroperasi dalam kondisi optimal dan mencegah kerusakan yang tidak terduga.
  • Memonitor suhu dan kondisi lingkungan di dalam restoran seperti chiller, AC, dan freezer, serta melakukan perawatan sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Menjaga catatan perawatan dan perbaikan mesin serta menyediakan laporan berkala kepada manajemen.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi untuk menjadwalkan perawatan mesin tanpa mengganggu jadwal produksi.
