Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, briefs, memoranda, and correspondence. Assist in monitoring existing contracts in the company....

Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, briefs, memoranda, and correspondence
  • Assist in monitoring existing contracts in the company
  • Assist in updating & reviewing regulations related to company business
  • Assist with the maintenance Legal platform
  • Support in some General Affairs function

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelors degree majoring in Law, with a GPA Min. 3.00
  • Have a good knowledge of legal process administration
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
  • Well organized & detail-oriented
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in computer literacy and technologically savvy
  • Available for 2 month full-time internship period
  • Placement in Head Office, West Jakarta
