The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description: Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Membuat jadwal untuk proses pengambilan barang oleh kurir.
  • Melakukan monitoring proses pengiriman / pengambilan barang.
  • Menentukan zona pengiriman / pengambilan barang.
  • Melakukan monitoring proses inbound dan outbound hingga ke bagian 3PL.
  • Melakukan monitoring proses sortir dan distribusi barang oleh kurir.

Requirements: Persyaratan :
  • Memiliki ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma, atau Gelar Sarjana di bidang apapun.
  • Memiliki 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang Logistik/Supply Chain atau sejenis.
  • Memahami seluruh proses planning, shipping, dan warehousing.
  • Bersedia untuk bekerja dalam shift.
  • Domisili dan bersedia ditempatkan di Sukaraja Sukabumi, Kab. Sukabumi, Jawa Barat.
