  • Memberikan opini legal kepada tim dan divisi lain dalam perusahaan
  • Membuat dan mereview draft kontrak perusahaan
  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan kantor-kantor pemerintahan atau pihak lain yang terkait dengan bisnis perusahaan
  • Menangani pembuatan atau perpanjangan ijin-ijin perusahaan yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan bisnis
