Purpose of This PositionThe purpose of this position is to provide SVCSs client with project management services.

Requirements

·Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM San Francisco California time

  • Engineering degree
  • Two sources of stable electricity and internet to reliably join video conference
  • Must have experience and copy of Planswift or equivalent (software and training will NOT be provided)
  • If hired, must utilize Time Doctor or similar screen recoding technology. Employee will only be paid for hours worked and not idle time.
  • Responsibilities

Prepare bill of quantities using takeoff from plans and field measurements provided by others

  • Prepare scope of work and RFQ (Request for Quote) and RFP (Request for Proposal)
  • Source vendors/contractors and update contractor database • Obtain contractor/vendor quotes and proposals
  • Prepare levelized comparison
  • Prepare contracts for signature and obtain contractor insurance
  • Prepare schedule
  • Manage onsite team to execute projects
  • Prepare punch list for contractor to complete work
  • Provide progress updates via phone, text, and email to client

Compensation and Benefits

  • $500 to $1000 USD / month + additional bonus
