Our client who is a well-established in the engineering services industry focused in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) and HVAC Industry is looking for *HR Supervisor - Staff*. Below are the requirements:
Qualification:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in people development and employee relations. Senior level open to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record in managing training programs and resolving employee conflicts.
Responsibilities:
- People Development : Conduct skill gap analyses and develop training roadmaps for employees across various departments.
- Employer Relations : Foster a positive work environment by implementing programs that improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Culture Building : Promote a growth mindset culture aligned with the companys mission and values with small employee training, team-building activities, and recognition programs to boost morale.
