Job Descriptions:1. Pengurusan dan pencatatan administrasi, khususnya di lapangan (surat jalan, delivery note, nota, faktur, dan dokumen pengiriman lainnya)2. Pengawasan operasional di lapangan (pengawasan barang, pengawasan pengemudi, pengawasan kendaraan)3. Memastikan barang yang akan dikirimkan pengemudi sesuai baik secara jumlah, kondisi, maupun jenisnya4. Mengawasi proses bongkar muat5. Koordinasi operasional (berkomunikasi dengan customer, pengemudi, dan tim operasional yang lain agar pengiriman berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien)6. Menangani keluhan pelanggan7. Memastikan semua aktivitas yang dijalankan di lapangan berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien

Job Requirements:1. Lulusan SMA/SMK dari semua jurusan. Terbuka juga untuk lulusan D1-D4 & S1, tetapi lowongan diprioritaskan untuk lulusan SMA/SMK2. Minimal pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang terkait & di industri yang linear (logistik/transportasi)3. Terampil dalam mengelola administrasi, khususnya di lapangan4. Memahami prosedur logistik, serta monitoring dan reporting operasional di lapangan5. Mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, mampu bekerja sama dengan tim, dan memanajemen waktu dengan baik6. Mempunyai kapabilitas untuk mencari solusi jika terdapat kendala, serta menjunjung nilai etika dan kejujuran7. Bersedia mobile ke area Bekasi & sekitarnya atau Bogor & sekitarnya tergantung area penempatan yang telah disepakati

Notes:1. Posisi ini untuk status karyawan kontrak under partner perusahaan alih daya2. Memungkinkan diperpanjang menyesuaikan kebutuhan bisnis dan evaluasi kinerja karyawan3. Kebutuhan 2 orang dengan rincian 1 orang di homebase Pondok Ungu, Bekasi dan 1 orang lagi di homebase Citeurep, Bogor
