Were seeking a highly motivated and organized Personal Assistant in Construction Industry. Our Client is an dynamic Real Estate company based in Canggu, Badung, Bali. Specialize in property industry, with a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Position : Personal Assistant (Property & Construction Project)

Location: Canggu, Badung, Bali
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project manager and construction team.
- Manage and coordinate project schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Manage communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports.
- Create and edit marketing materials preferably using Canva.
- Manage and track client payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain organized files and ensure proper document management within Dropbox.
Qualification:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong social skills and ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Smart, proactive, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Canva.
- Experience with Dropbox.
- Experience with client payment tracking and basic accounting principles.
