You are expected to be able to:
Monitoring employment social security agency services application through the provided dashboard 24/7 in the IT Command Center.

Handling and responding to incidents detected through the monitored dashboards.

Reporting incidents via WhatsApp, email, or Google Workspace for immediate follow-up by the other team.

Ensuring all support requests are resolved within the defined SLA.

Coordinating with other shift members to ensure smooth handover and continuity of support.

Generating monthly activity reports from problem handling and compiling issues.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, Information Technology, or related field

1 - 3 years working experience as IT Support or related positions

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities

Potential for staff, team leader, and supervisor positions

Flexibility to work in 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (staff and team leader)
