Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting ATC (Accenture Technology Center)-Indonesia and Capability Leads in developing strategic initiatives from initiation to implementation stages.
  • Assisting Capability Leads with demand and supply matters, requiring the PMO to coordinate with TFS, Recruiters, and Business Operations.
  • Managing office visits, including preparing presentations and logistics, and coordinating with clients and ATC-Indo teams.
  • Driving and managing ATC-APAC engagement activities, with a particular focus on ATC-Indonesia.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Willing to relocate to Semarang office
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments

Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months

  • S1 (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Mandarin (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Six Sigma (Preferred)
