Job Deskripsi
  • Memelihara dan melakukan perbaikan terhadap perangkat keras & perangkat lunak seperti: Peripheral komputer, Operating system, dan Jaringan LAN & VLAN (Manageable switch, Cisco, HPE, dll)
  • Bertanggung jawab mengatasi masalah teknis yang dihadapi pengguna
  • Monitoring jaringan komputer
  • Menerima keluhan (via telepon dan email) yang berhubungan dengan IT meliputi aplikasi, jaringan, email, internet, troubleshooting komputer dan peripheralnya
  • Membantu user menyambungkan koneksi internet
  • Melakukan troubleshooting jaringan
  • Menganalisa soulusi terbaik untuk masalah user
  • Membuat laporan atas permasalahan dan penyelesaian masalah
  • Memastikan seluruh perangkat pengguna terhubung ke jaringan dan berjalan baik
  • Mempersiapkan jaringan dan kebutuhan untuk online meeting

Deskripsi Persyaratan
  • Menguasai Mikrotik, Ubiquity
  • Memiliki pengetahan dan kemampuan memperbaiki hardware
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dalam penggunaan aplikasi perangkat lunak
  • Networks, WAN acceleration, virtualization, firewalls, routers, dan lainnya
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengelola LAN Cabling project
  • Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dan memiliki interpersonal skill yang baik
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Head Office Jakarta ataupun Site Office Halmahera
