Reporting to Sales Director, the e-Commerce Manager should have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of e-commerce product management.
  • Responsible for regular reporting on e-commerce platform and customer experience metrics-optimizing site operation, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth.
  • own daily reporting for e-commerce platform performance-tracking all major KPIs to achieve business goal
  • strategically plan platform calendar (double dates, campaigns, NPD launch, paydays) covering promotions or attractive offers. Working closely with marketing to bring traffic to the product/store and during live streaming.
  • establish routine review with accounts and align JBP for next period to accelerate sales growth.
  • monitor competitive landscape and site benchmarks. Bring insight to action.
  • own and manage company tradex budget and ensure ROI performance.
