In this position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the profile of Cambridge PD and Learning Resource training products in the International Education market. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who is passionate about raising teachers awareness and increasing their need for Cambridge teacher professional development products and services.
About The Role
In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to promote Cambridge PDQs and Learning Resource training among teachers and school leaders. You will work closely with the regional school and learning development team to identify the needs of school leaders and teachers, ensuring that our training products meet their specific requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering educational presentations at regional conferences, managing the content of Learning Resource and Assessment product orientation, and supporting the quality assurance of our resources.
- Nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and contribute to the design and review of training and other support for teachers and school leaders.
- Developing tools and resources to make Cambridge qualification, syllabus, and learning resource training pathways more accessible to a wider range of audiences, including Cambridge Schools and Aspiring Schools.
About You
You are an experienced professional with a strong background in education, educational psychology, pedagogy, or teaching methodologies. You possess a masters degree (desirable) and have experience in delivering training for international K12 schools, especially Primary and Lower Secondary. Additionally, you are:
- Extensively experienced in delivering PLD workshops and training to schools and adult learners.
- A confident communicator with proven IT skills and high English language proficiency. Local regional language proficiency is desirable.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues, partners, or customers from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities and, have experience of effectively liaising with BD teams, Marketing and central PLD Teams.
