MTM Bali is the leading Cable TV and Internet Service Provider in Bali, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our NOC team. If you are hardworking, dedicated, and keen to impact a new team positively, MTM Bali is the perfect place for you to grow your career. This position is full-time and located in our Kuta office.

NOC ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and integrate static IP & VLAN based on network necessity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams should there be any upstream/backbone issues during the service activation process.
  • Troubleshoot Infra/Backbone problems.
  • Perform daily operation tasks for the NOC team, which includes creating daily reports on activation summary.
  • Participate in Backbone/Development projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SMK / D3 / S1 in Network and Computer Technology
  • Solid understanding of GPON technology.
  • Proficient in router operations (Mikrotik, Juniper, Cisco, Alcatel, etc.)
  • Familiar with Metro-e.
  • Familiar with Upstream.
  • Good Knowledge about BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VLAN, Subnetting.
  • Network certification is preferred.
