- Seeking information of the latest developments in Social Media Marketing, the competition of Social Media activities, competitor activities using Social Media, the latest potential Social Media and others.
- Analyze the process, development and performance of Social Media Marketing activities in Smart and perform rigorous improvement, implementation, monitoring planning.
- Coordinate with social media agency and related marketing team in the implementation of social media marketing activities.
- Together with other marketing teams planning an Annual Social Media Budget, the Social Media Marketing Plan.
- Coordinate with Marketing Research Manager in field research and gathering necessary information for market intelligent related with Social Media Marketing.
- Produce new idea ideas in the provision of social media marketing to optimize the improvement of brands intangible value and cost efficiency.
- Coresponding and monitoring details communication/ interactions with/ between customers, potential prospect consumers in social media such as sukamasak.com, pakaroti.com, FilmaClub and others to build brands intangible value.
- Archive and create periodic reports of social media implementation activities, performance and action plans of social media marketing.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any field
- Having minimum at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing position
- Good communication and analysing skills
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
