Demand & Supply Planning Intern

Kopi Kenangan established in 2017; currently we have close to 900 retail outlets across Indonesia and we are the first SEA F&B Unicorn since 2022.

As a Demand and Supply Planning Intern, you will be a part of the supply chain team and gain hands-on experience in the strategic process in order to support the planning decision.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Prior internship within the supply chain, logistics, or a similar area is a plus, but not required.
• Proactive, self-starter with a desire to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including SUM, IF, XLOOKUP, etc.).
• Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Job Role:

• Assist in the creation and analysis of demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather relevant insights for demand planning.
• Help monitor and adjust forecasts as needed based on actual sales performance.
• Assist in reviewing current inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained.
• Support the creation of supply plans that align with demand forecasts.
• Help identify potential supply chain disruptions and suggest solutions to mitigate risks.
• Analyze inventory and demand data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to streamline the demand-supply planning process and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks related to the demand and supply planning process.
