Senior Team Lead - Street View Drive Operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Team Lead to oversee our Street View Drive Operations and Survey Projects. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for mapping, data collection, and survey operations, ensuring the quality, efficiency, and timely completion of projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in survey/mapping tools, and experience managing large-scale, field-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: o Supervise, train, and mentor field operation teams, including drivers, surveyors, and technicians. o Plan and assign daily tasks to ensure project milestones are met. o Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

2. Project Execution: o Plan, coordinate, and monitor Street View or survey projects from initiation to completion. o Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. o Troubleshoot and resolve field challenges, including technical and logistical issues.

3. Operations Management: o Oversee fleet management, equipment maintenance, and field operations. o Optimize routes and schedules for efficient data collection. o Ensure compliance with safety protocols, legal regulations, and company policies.

4. Technical Oversight: o Manage and calibrate data collection equipment, such as cameras, GPS devices, and LIDAR tools. o Analyse and validate collected data for quality and accuracy. o Collaborate with technical teams for post-processing and data integration.

5. Stakeholder Communication: o Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders for project updates and requirements. o Provide regular reports on project progress, risks, and solutions. o Support business development by identifying new opportunities and providing technical insights.

6. Compliance and Documentation: o Ensure all operations comply with local laws, regulations, and privacy standards. o Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, and reports.

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in survey operations, mapping, or similar projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of managing large teams.

o Knowledge of fleet and route optimization software.

o Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

o Familiarity with privacy and data protection regulations.

• Other Requirements:

o Willingness to travel extensively for on-site supervision.

o Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
