The customer service executive is responsible for delivering effortless customer experience by ensuring all customer requirements are completely met through proactive communication, high quality and being customer focused. To contribute in achieving the company sales objectives through value added activities.

  • Required to use online tools that connect to multichannels (Whatsapp, social media chat and etc).
  • Able to help customers and merchants to resolve their support request in a timely manner.
  • Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
  • Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that theyre still satisfied with their purchases
  • Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in online customer service.
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written : English, Bahasa Indonesia and Chinese is a plus.
  • Preferably with experience in providing support, email, chat app, helpdesk and FAQ building.
  • Able to work longer hours and shift schedule.
  • Knowledgeable in TCG Cards is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and a quick learner to assigned tasks & responsibilities
  • High Eq and good problem solving skills
  • Good task management and cross functional team coordination skills (team player)
  • Proactive, responsive, organized and systematic in handling customer service activities and support back-office functions
