Sales Manager

PT Inovasi Kelautan Nusantara currently represents OXE Diesel Outboards products in Indonesia and is now looking to expand both in products offered to the market and reach more customers in the industrial/ governmental sectors. We offer a very attractive commission scheme in addition to a fixed salary.

Job Purpose

To be responsible for the operational development and improvement of sales to Governmental organizations, as well as industrial users like Oil and Gas companies, and private companies operating industrial level marine vessels.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the sales of Marine propulsion solutions to above mentioned customers
• Deliver daily operational support to the customers and ensure a good service and communication between the parties
• Forecasting on a monthly basis to support business planning
• Through own initiative generate leads and opportunities that have high quality and results in sales
• Create and deliver a strategy of increasing sales in above segment
• Provide monthly KPI reporting on all areas of the role

Qualifications

• Business level of English
• Experience in sales in B2B scenario with proven results
• Having 5+ years of experience to handle demanding clients in a B2B setting
• High level of negotiation and dispute resolution experience
• Project campaign management and planning with both internal and external resources
• Past experience of sales within Marine propulsion sector
• Past experience of work connected to main oil and gas or governmental organizations
• Communication - Ability to communicate at all levels of hierarchy written and verbal, providing information and ideas that are presented in a clear and concise fashion.
• Continuous improvement - As the role develops, the Manager will need to develop their own improvements of the systems, processes, reports and dealer performance
• Challenging Thinking - Necessary to ensure that the policies, standards, processes and documentation created are concise and appropriate as well as an ability to query whether the most appropriate or optimum methodology is being applied. Innovative thinking will be required to develop dealer performance
• Collaboration - An ability to lead cross-functional project teams across all areas and levels of the business and external partners is a necessity.
• Customer Focus - the definition of customer for this role is very varied and the post holder will need to have the ability to constructively interact with them all.
