Associate Technical Program Manager

Your main duties in flying with us:

• Demonstrate ability to elicit, analyse and communicate business requirements from multiple customers across disparate functions.

• Be able to handle multiple portfolios, working cross-functionally with product manager and software development team across the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery while also handling multiple competing and changing priorities.

• Monitor and track complex programs effectively by providing periodic updates to technical, non-technical teams, and Sr. Management
• Have the right balance of technical, project management, and business/product acumen and manages delivery across SDLC serving as a single point of contact.
• Manage stakeholders from different cross-functional teams by setting expectations and providing frequent program/project updates.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a software engineering role or delivery management experience in a product organization.
• Experience in managing deliverables from multiple vendors.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies; Has ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This includes excellent listening skills, concise communications, and targeting the message to specific audiences.
• Experienced working in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and to organize workload to ensure that timeframes are met, and the work is successfully completed within deadlines.
