Job Description Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, user needs, and competitive landscape for strategic product development of our product (Englishvit) Design and develop new products aligned with market demands and industry advancements. Identify USP (Unique Selling Proposition), pricing strategies, and product positioning to enhance competitiveness and maximize market potential. Work closely with different teams to ensure product relevance, usability, and strong positioning in the market. Develop features and services that strengthen marketing functions and increase user engagement. Plan and execute a product roadmap with a focus on business growth, market expansion, and integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ensure that digital learning tools, interactive content, and adaptive learning strategies are effectively implemented.
Job Specification:
- Bachelors degree in any major (preferably Product Management, Educational Technology, IT, Business, or related fields)
- Minimum 1-year experience in EdTech or product development (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycle, Business Growth Strategy, USP, and Pricing Strategy
- Excellent coordination skills with marketing, branding, and business teams
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms is a strong advantage
