DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support, manage, and ensure the smooth operation of Loyalty Program in Plaza Senayan.
  • Maintain relations and manage communication with members regarding program updates as well as answer their inquiries and complaints
  • Partner with tenants for promotional events
  • Create marketing strategy to promote the program through various channels
  • Maintain database and generate regular reports to track program performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in related major
  • Experienced in retail, shopping center management, or relevant position
  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in CRM, data analysis, and database management
  • Customer service oriented, team worker, confident, good communication and coordination skills, and problem solver.
