Summary:

The work schedule for this position is:


  • Full Time 40 hours per week


Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time four (4) weeks of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Incumbent is a member (one of five) of the Recruitment & Development Unit (RDU) in the Human Resources Office, which is a part of the U.S. Mission to Indonesia & U.S. Mission to ASEAN (Bi-Mission)s-wide recruitment team responsible for Position Classification & Management, Locally Employed (LE) Staff (FSN, EFM, etc.) Recruitment, hire and orientation; servicing customers for Department of State and other agencies who employ LE Staff on Personal Services Agreement (PSA), Temporary Appointment (TEMP), and Family Member Appointment (FMA) positions through the Local Compensation or the Foreign Service pay plans. He/she is responsible for providing consultative, operational and policy advice and service in the areas of position description review, recruitment, training, employee compensation and benefit packages. Incumbent is supervised by the LE HR Supervisor RDU.


Qualifications and Evaluations Requirements:

FOR THE EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS APPLICANTS MUST MEET EITHER OPTION 1 OR OPTION 2 TO QUALIFY.


OPTION 1


EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4 years of experience responsible in an office environment, involving human resources and/or business management, recruitment, program management, and/or the application of complex regulations in a deadline-driven, customer service oriented environment are required.


(Please note that one credited year of working experience is comparable to 40 hours/week x 52 weeks or 2080 hours)


EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in one of the following fields: Human Resources, Business Admin, Management, Economics, or Finance/Accounting is required.


OPTION 2


EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 6 years of experience responsible in an office environment, involving human resources and/or business management, recruitment, program management, and/or the application of complex regulations in a deadline-driven, customer service oriented environment are required.


(Please note that one credited year of working experience is comparable to 40 hours/week x 52 weeks or 2080 hours)


EDUCATION:
At least 2 years college or university studies is required.

LANGUAGE: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Good Working Knowledge for English (speaking, reading and writing) are required. (This may be tested)

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
