  • Menangani permasalahan hukum di perusahaan secara litigasi atau non litigasi
  • Melakukan riset hukum dan menganalisis implikasi hukum terkait kegiatan bisnis perusahaan.
  • Menganalisis tindakan dan keputusan perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko yang bisa timbul karena permasalahan hukum.
  • Melakukan pengurusan legalitas perusahaan dan izin usaha kantor cabang.
  • Mengelola semua dokumen legal milik perusahaan.
