Your Role Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of logistics activities at the site, with a primary focus on road transportation. This role involves overseeing the inbound and outbound transportation processes, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Your Responsibilities - Coordinating Inbound and Outbound Freight by ensuring that incoming freight is efficiently unloaded, sorted, and reloaded for outbound delivery
- Inventory Management by keeping accurate records of inventory and ensuring that all items are accounted for Strong Communication by liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Manage Documentation by handling all necessary paperwork and documentation for shipments
- Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues that arise during the cross-docking process and finding effective solutions Maintain Scheduling and Dispatching by coordinating the dispatch of drivers, vehicles, and equipment to appropriate locations according to schedules and customer requests
- Manage Monitoring Deliveries by ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and tracking the status of shipments
- Having strong Communication by acting as the main point of contact for drivers and providing them with necessary information about routes, traffic, and delivery requirements
- Problem-Solving: Addressing any issues or delays that occur during the delivery process and finding solutions
Work closely with other departments, such as custom team, customer service, and warehouse teams, to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Your Skills and Experiences - Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Experience in road logistics operations in Indonesia.
- Experience in haulage, sea, and air import logistics is a plus.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail by ensuring accuracy in inventory management and order processing
- Ability to work meet tight deadlines.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
