Artificial Intelligence Engineer (AI & Machine Learning)

What Youll Do

1. Enhance Our Current AI Tool :

• Step in to make our AI system more reliable and efficient (e.g., fix delays, errors, or unclear outputs) to produce top-quality content that meets our standards.
• Test and refine the AI to ensure its fast, accurate, and ready for our team by April 2025.
• Take ownership of the timeline and team coordination to meet deadlines and address challenges effectively.

2. Iterate Our New Product :

• Build powerful AI features to help professionals work faster, identify issues in their work, verify information accurately, and improve their results.
• Lead testing with real users starting in July/August 2025 to grow our business and support more people.
• Manage project planning, track progress closely, and keep everything on schedule with your leadership.

3. Support Our Team:

• Work closely with our product manager, operations staff, content creators, and developers to hit targets, share ideas, and keep our projects moving forward.
• Use your project management skills to set clear goals, monitor progress daily, and deliver results (e.g., weekly meetings, daily updates) to keep our team on track.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of solid AI and machine learning experience, with a track record of building and deploying effective AI solutions.
• Have led projects as a project manager (e.g., setting deadlines, guiding teams, delivering on time)
• Have hands-on ability to fine-tune AI models, especially open-source large language models (LLMs) like Llama, BERT, or similar (e.g., using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain).
• Strong with AI for text (e.g., creating clear, reliable writing, checking quality) and spotting issues in content.
• Proven ability to fine-tune AI models for fast, accurate results.
• Comfortable with cloud tools (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and leading projects (e.g., meeting deadlines, coordinating teams).
• Bonus if youve worked on document processing or content automation, but not required.
