ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Collaborate with the production team to align project requirements and ensure accurate and timely execution.
2. Prepare detailed quotations for clients, ensuring alignment with project needs and production capabilities.
3. Provide internal support to the sales team by assisting with documentation, tracking, and data analysis.
4. Source products for projects, manage inventory levels, and implement these processes using Ostendo or other ERP systems.
5. Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for custom products and finished goods, and manage product datasheets.
6. Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to reflect accurate customer and project information.
7. Implement cost-saving and workflow optimization initiatives, improving production efficiency and reducing expenses.
8. Ensure compliance with standards and maintain quality management tools, such as SOPs and Work Instructions.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, and/or similar fields.
2. Fresh graduates and/or experienced are welcome.
3. Previous experience in PPIC, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QC, or similar fields are preferred.
4. Proficient oral and written communication in English.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
7. Clear communication skills.
8. Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
