Group Supply, part of Business Area Networks (BNEW), is on a journey enabling technology and market leadership in mobile networks and entering the supply chain for focused expansion into enterprise, driving digitalization and creating connected supply chains e-2-e. We are now looking for Head of GSU MOAI Capability & Transformation. The position is part of the Group Supply MOAI leadership team, reporting to Head of Group Supply MOAI. As the Head of GSU MOAI Capability & Transformation you will lead the capability management in relation to processes and tools within GSU MOAI to ensure we operate our business in the most efficient way and create the best value for our customers.

• Drive transformative projects within GSU MOAI
• Ensure efficient capability management between central unit and GSU MOAI
• Push alternative and innovative ways of operating within GSU MOAI
• Understand the business needs
• Understand the best practice process and tools in the industry
• Ensure we have an efficient collaboration with other MA Supply units
• Form productive teams and manage Business Continuity
• Oversee OKR/Scorecard and manage Risks, initiating mitigation actions where necessary
• Drive for a lean and agile Supply Chain while ensuring Supply Process adherence for your unit following the Ericsson Supply Model

• Courageous leadership, providing clear direction and setting appropriate standards of behavior through professionalism, respect, perseverance and integrity.
• Attitude that embraces innovation, change and inclusion.
• Be in the driver’s seat, take accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
• Communication & collaboration are key. Listening skills with ability to motivate & inspire people.
• Thinking strategically, analyzing complex situations, and make decisions that align with strategy.
• Be highly responsive and structured while remaining calm during high pressure situations.
• Financial understanding with a data driven, analytical, structured and result oriented approach.
• You have a relevant academical background and 10+ years of working experience, most of them in leadership positions within Supply Chain Management
