The Role: Lifecycle Marketer - Remote
Job Description:
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketer to drive user engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies. You will craft targeted campaigns across multiple touchpoints (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, SMS) to enhance user experiences and drive conversions.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns to onboard, engage, retain, and reactivate users.
- Use data-driven insights to segment users and personalize messaging.
- Optimize engagement across channels like email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- A/B test campaigns and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to create compelling user journeys.
- Monitor user behavior and engagement trends to refine marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, automation, and user engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing, preferably in a consumer tech or mobile-first environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance tracking.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills tailored for different user segments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
