Qualifications :

  • A Professional with a Bachelor Degree background in related field
  • At least 2 years of experience is required for this position
  • Proven work experience as a Supervisor or any department in the construction company
  • Based in Bali, able to join immediately
  • Having English proficiency is preferred
  • Good attention to detail especially in time schedule progression reading and analaysis
  • Able to operate Auto Cad, Shop drawing, Time Schedule
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
  • Critical thinker and possessing troubleshooting ability
  • The ability to work in a team and to negotiate

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the progress of all construction activities
  • Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations
  • Evaluating the performance of the on-site workers
  • Regularly checking inventory and placing orders for building materials
  • Ensuring all equipments are in working order and good condition
  • Ensuring the workers follow the time schedule and site safety procedures
  • Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
  • Communicating the progress report to the Construction Site Manager/Project Manager
  • Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
  • Attending any on-site meetings or events
