Operational Manager (Bandung)

  • Max 50 years old
  • D3 (Hospitality / Tourism preferred)
  • 5 years experience in supervision and coordination of hotel/spa operation
  • Entrepreneur spirit with high business sense, and ability to manage people, day to day operation, administration, as well as marketing activities
  • Strong knowledge of quality and cost control measures
  • Good knowledge about Hygiene and Sanitation
  • Excellent time management skills and execution to meet established deadlines
  • Master Hotel/Spa Administration and Marketing Strategy
  • Capable to make planning, forecasting & Reporting
  • Flexible, self motivated and able to work underpressure
  • Will be placed in Bandung
