Job Summary

  • Meng-collect atau mengumpulkan, menagih, menjemput tagihan customer
  • Membuat dan mencetak tagihan pelanggan baru dan pelanggan lama
  • Melakukan pencatatan atas pembayaran pelanggan baik piutang tunai atau kas bank
  • Pembaharuan data total tagihan yang belum dibayar
  • Menghubungi pelanggan dengan menggunakan telepon
  • Mengumpulkan data pembayaran terakhir atas tagihan pelanggan
  • Membuat daftar pelanggan yang belum melakukan pembayaran
  • Membuat laporan berkala untuk hasil tagihan dan data lainnya atas pelanggan

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Bertanggung jawab untuk penyelesaian semua tagihan perusahaan atas customer
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap hubungan baik antara pelanggan dengan perusahaan
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk membangun dan menciptakan kesan yang baik perusahaan kepada pelanggan
  • Bertanggung jawab atas target piutang perusahaan kepada pelanggan
  • Bertanggung jawab memastikan kelengkapan, keakuratan, dan ketepatan waktu billing
  • Memastikan tidak ada pelanggan yang tidak dibuatkan tagihan
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap hubungan dengan pelanggan untuk menindaklanjuti pembayaran atas tagihan dan bernegosiasi

Qualifications and Skills

1. Wanita/ Pria Max 28thn

2. Memiliki Pengalaman dibidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun

3. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office

3. Penampilan Rapih, disiplin, dan memiliki semangat kerja yang bagus
