Memastikan setiap penagihan atau pembelian barang/transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana sesuai dengan bukti pendukungnya serta memiliki otorisasi sesuai dengan prosedur dan kebijakan yang berlaku.
Memastikan pencatatan setiap transaksi (hutang, piutang, penerimaan dan pengeluaran dana) lengkap, benar dan tercatat dalam sistem dokumentasi yang telah ditentukan.
Melakukan tindak lanjut untuk semua transaksi piutang maupun hutang yang belum selesai.
Membuat laporan (arus kas, anggaran, hutang dan piutang) dan memastikan bagian yang berkepentingan menerima laporan keuangan tepat waktu.
Pendidikan : S1 Akuntansi
IPK minimal 3.00 (skala 4.00)
Diutamakan memiliki Pengalaman di bidang Finance/Accounting minimal 1 Tahun, Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan untuk melamar.
Menguasai Komputer dan Ms Office (Excell, Word)
Mampu Bekerja Detail dan Teliti, Kemampuan Numeric Baik, Penampilan dan Kepribadian Menarik
Kreatif, Inovatif, Komunikatif, Dinamis, Supel Bertanggung jawab dan Menyukai Tantangan.
Dapat bekerja multitasking dan dapat bekerja sama dengan bagian lain.
