  • Bergelar S1 dari disiplin ilmu manapun dengan minimal IPK 3,00
  • Berpengalaman sebagai underwriter dibidang Asuransi Umum minimal 1 tahun
  • Memiliki sertifikasi CGI (Certificate in General Insurance – 001 dan 002)
  • Penempatan: Bandung

Job Description :
  • Melakukan proses akseptasi risiko sesuai dengan Underwriting Guideline, Underwriting Manual dan limit kewenangan menggunakan sistem NextG
  • Melaporkan hasil analisa dan akseptasi resiko kepada underwriter dept head (untuk cabang koordinasi dengan operational head/branch manager)
  • Mereview hasil data entry pada sistem NextG untuk tim sales
  • Koordinasi survey risiko dengan surveyor

Proses Rekrutmen & Seleksi:

  • Pengisian FAP (Form Aplikasi Pelamar)
  • Screening (administrasi, kesehatan, background check)
  • Pencocokan Kompetensi (test psikology, test kompetensi, interview, test lain yg diperlukan)
