ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Content superstar who thinks creatively and loves the idea of becoming a meaningful part of our audiences conversations. Based in Indonesia, you will have a strategic mindset and an appetite to change the game. We are looking for a results-focused self-learner who loves all things content from SEO to video scripting, content editing and more.

The role comes with the opportunity to put in practice multiple skill sets - content planning, customer lifecycle management, data analysis, as well as creative ideation.

Reporting to Campaign Manager, the successful candidate will be creating and planning content for Jetpac across multiple touchpoints. You will also be given the opportunity to drive content-led projects. In these cases, you are expected to learn how to set relevant success metrics and pro-actively report findings and learnings to the wider team.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Be on top of relevant content trends across multiple markets to craft content concepts and ideas to execute for continuous organic growth of Jetpac
• Develop external third party partnerships that will bring value, rewards, and delight to the work we do from a content perspective
• Work collaboratively with the team in producing the content calendar, communications and all related assets
• Execute an effective SEO plan on how to continue going online organic traffic, and improve search ranking
• Work closely with other IT counterparts/vendors to oversee web development efforts including enhancements, components and feature releases which include technical SEO auditing, on-page SEO and onsite implementation
• Work with the team on overall customer lifecycle management against business objectives and customer communication channels

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experienced in content planning and execution, with at least 2-3 years of strategic and execution excellence, including hosting physical and virtual events as well as copywriting with SEO in mind
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving, decision making and troubleshooting complex issues with the ability to organize and prioritize work
• Experience in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, AHREFS, SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Google Analytics
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
• Basic Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Experience with HTML and SQL is a plus
