  • Melakukan Asuhan Keperawatan Sesuai dengan Standart Mandaya Hospital
  • Memberikan pertolongan pertama dan intervensi medis awal, seperti resusitasi, bantuan pernapasan, atau penanganan trauma.
  • Mengawasi kondisi pasien dengan memonitor tanda-tanda vital secara berkala dan melaporkan perubahan kondisi pasien kepada dokter.
  • Menyuntikkan atau memberikan obat-obatan sesuai dengan resep dan instruksi dokter, serta memastikan dosis yang tepat untuk pasien.
  • Melakukan pencatatan kondisi pasien, tindakan yang telah dilakukan, serta respon pasien terhadap tindakan tersebut di dalam rekam medis.
  • Bekerjasama dengan dokter, perawat lain, dan staf rumah sakit dalam penanganan pasien, termasuk dalam persiapan untuk perawatan lanjutan atau rujukan.

  • Minimal D3 Keperawatan atau S1 Keperawatan dengan sertifikasi Profesi Ners.
  • Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan khusus seperti Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), atau Pelatihan Penanganan Gawat Darurat/NICU/PICU/ICU/BEDAH DASAR/ONCOLOGY.
