  • Analyze contractual requirements, special provisions, and legal terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedures
  • Ensuring corporate policies and processes are enforced and communicated to internal team members
  • Negotiated with and direct internal client outside contracts, which may include outside counsel, local and international governmental agencies (including law enforcement), and other parties as needed
  • Drafting, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts

  • Bachelor degree from any major preferable from Law
  • Specialized knowledge In-depth knowledge of Business Law, Procurement regulations, Contract documents, and Legal specifications
  • Outstanding negotiations and interpersonal skill
  • Experienced 2+ years experience as Legal Officer in the similar industry would be an advantage
  • Willing to work fully on-site in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan
