Job Description Summary : Establish relationships with transport vendors to transport shells from/to the stockpile Job Description :
  • Search and negotiate with transport vendors (truck & barge)
  • Discuss with transport vendors and determine transport schedules from mill/vendor to stockpiles and from stockpiles to mother vessels/truck
  • Assist in the process of preparing Purchase Order transport
  • Discuss and negotiate the loss value and delivery results of transport vendors (trucks and barges); And
  • Checking the value of invoices sent by vendors
Job Requirement :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • Having minimum 3 years of working experience in Logistic and Trucking from Coal, Mining, Shell Industry
  • Good in communication skill and analytical thinking
  • Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
  • Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta.
