1. Menangani pertanyaan & keluhan Customer melalui saluran Omni Channel (chat) maupun Inbound Call (voice)

2. Melayani para customer dan memberikan segala informasi produk dan layanan yang ditawarkan

3. Bertindak sebagai penghubung antara pelanggan dengan perusahaan

4. Membantu mengatasi keluhan, pesanan, kesalahan atau error, tagihan, pembatalan dan berbagai jenis pertanyaan lainnya

5. Menyimpan catatan interaksi dengan customer, transaksi, komentar dan keluhan

6. Melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi dengan client/customer jika diperlukan
