Makanan dan Minuman Korporindo, a leading F&B company in Bali with four renowned outlets—ShiShi Izakaya Lounge & Nightclub, The Forge Gastropub, Malverde Bali, and Bali Bulldog FC—is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Baker to join our team in Badung, Bali.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts with precision and creativity
  • Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices in compliance with regulations
  • Manage ingredient inventory and oversee baking processes to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine recipes
  • Train and mentor junior baking staff to enhance overall kitchen performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker in a professional kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations
