Kualifikasi:

✔ Pendidikan: S1 di bidang Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, Akuntansi, atau bidang terkait.✔ Pengalaman: Minimal 1-3 tahun sebagai Odoo Implementor, ERP Consultant, atau posisi serupa.✔ Pemahaman mendalam tentang sistem Odoo dan modul-modulnya (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, dll.).✔ Mampu menganalisis dan memetakan kebutuhan user ke dalam sistem Odoo.✔ Menguasai database PostgreSQL dan pemrograman dasar Python (nilai tambah).✔ Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk menjelaskan solusi teknis kepada klien non-teknis.✔ Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

Tanggung Jawab:

✅ Melakukan analisis kebutuhan bisnis klien dan memberikan solusi berbasis Odoo.✅ Mengkonfigurasi dan mengimplementasikan sistem Odoo sesuai kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.✅ Melakukan pengujian, troubleshooting, serta memastikan sistem berjalan optimal sebelum go-live.✅ Berkoordinasi dengan tim developer untuk kustomisasi fitur tambahan jika diperlukan.✅ Memberikan pelatihan kepada pengguna akhir terkait penggunaan sistem Odoo.✅ Menyediakan dokumentasi teknis serta laporan implementasi.✅ Memberikan dukungan pasca-implementasi dan menangani perbaikan jika terjadi masalah teknis.
