Job Summary

Were seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to build and scale our operational foundation from the ground up. You will be the driving force behind translating business needs into efficient, data-driven operational processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with product, tech, and senior leadership to create and implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of key operational projects from inception to completion.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable operational metrics and processes.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to design and build automation tools and data pipelines to improve process efficiency.
  • Design end-to-end operational processes, including robust monitoring and tracking mechanisms.
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and address operational challenges

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading 0-1 projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into operational solutions.
  • Experience working with product and technology teams to build automation tools and data integrations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience in Financial industry is a plus.
