Job Description:
- Conduct product quality inspections for each incoming shipment.
- Identify and document any non-conformities or defects in the products.
- Manage restocks and return shipments for Owned Store, Dep-Store, Modern Trade Consignment, and Expo.
- Help the CS team with order issues, using the Odoo system to process returns, exchanges, and special orders.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Enter and update product and inventory data accurately.
- Provide product and customer data to support the sales team.
- Assist with generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate reports for data ensuring all product and inventory-related information is up to date and easily accessible.
Qualification:
- Min diploma or bachelor degree business administration, supply chain, industrial engineering, or related.
- 1 year of experience in the same role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Honest, professional, ethical, self-driven and responsible
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Spreadsheet, ERP (Odoo).
- Effective time management skills to handle various tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
