Job Description:
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Mengembangkan strategi penjualan & monetisasi media otomotif (iklan, sponsorship, branded content, dll.).
- Mencapai dan melebihi target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan oleh manajemen.
- Mengelola hubungan dengan klien (brand otomotif, dealer, aftermarket, dan agensi iklan) untuk meningkatkan kerja sama bisnis.
2. Client & Account Management
- Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien strategis.
- Mengembangkan solusi periklanan berbasis data dan tren digital.
- Memastikan klien mendapatkan ROI (Return on Investment) dari campaign yang dijalankan.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Memimpin dan membimbing tim Account Executive untuk mencapai target revenue.
Minimum Qualifications: ✅ Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Pemasaran, Komunikasi, Manajemen Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun dalam bidang sales, advertising, atau media industry, lebih disukai di media otomotif.
- Memiliki jaringan luas dengan brand otomotif, agensi periklanan, dan stakeholders industri.
- Mampu menyusun strategi penjualan iklan dan sponsorship berbasis digital & offline.
- Memahami tren industri media digital, branded content, programmatic ads, dan sponsorship activation.
- Keterampilan negosiasi, komunikasi, dan leadership yang kuat.
- Berorientasi pada target dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) & tools CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
