Job Description:

  • Bertanggung jawab dalam perencanaan kebutuhan tenaga kerja
  • Monitoring sistem HRIS dan implementasinya
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap perjanjian kerja dan proses penilaian evaluasi kinerja karyawan serta PHK/kontrak karyawan
  • Membuat, merevisi, mengoordinasikan, serta mengontrol anggaran departemen HRGA agar digunakan dengan efektif & efisien sesuai dengan rencana kerja
  • Menyusun strategi dan kebijakan pengelolaan SDM di Perusahaan
  • Menganalisa serta mengelola praktik dan prosedur remunerasi untuk memastikan paket remunerasi yang ditetapkan perusahaan sejalan dengan praktik industri, kompetitif, sesuai kemampuan finansial perusahaan, dan adil secara internal
  • Menyusun sistem manajemen kinerja serta mengontrol pelaksanaan siklus manajemen kinerja
  • Mengoordinasikan serta mengontrol penyusunan dan pelaksanaan program pelatihan dan pengembangan
  • Mengoordinasikan dan mengontrol pelaksanaan fungsi pengembangan SDM RMK Group untuk memastikan semuanya sesuai dengan strategi, kebijakan, sistem, dan rencana kerja yang telah disusun
