- Berpengalaman di customer service (preferable)
- Mampu mencapai target harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
- Sangat termotivasi dan tidak mudah menyerah
- Artikulasi jelas dan komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia
- Rasa empati yang tinggi
- Mampu menerapkan smiling voice dan ramah
- Kemampuan analitis yang baik
- Kemampuan mengetik dengan WPM 50 dan akurasi 90%
- Respon cepat, efektif dan efisien dalam bekerja
- Mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis
- Telah divaksinasi minimal 3 dosis
