Location: Indonesia Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Indonesia Job Description Team and Role Introduction:

The Courier Hiring Manager at LEX will oversee the recruitment and onboarding of couriers, ensuring that to meet the increasing demand for our logistics services. This role includes managing the Courier Operation .Our aim to improve our pickup & delivery capacity. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high service standards, fostering healthy competition within the organization, and ensuring that both in-house and vendor-related couriers are effectively managed.

Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire a high volume of couriers.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new couriers are properly trained and equipped.

Team Management:
  • Lead and support the Courier Operation Metro team.
  • Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among team members to ensure efficient operations.

Vendor Management:
  • Identify and manage relationships with courier vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable service.
  • Develop long-term plans for scaling courier operations in line with the companys growth objectives.
  • Explore and implement innovative solutions to enhance courier capacity and efficiency.

Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the 3PL Program team to integrate third-party couriers into LEXs operations.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless coordination between in-house and vendor-related couriers.
Job Requirements Requirements/Qualifications(must have):

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics management software and recruitment platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
Education:
  • Experience with vendor management and third-party logistics is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
