Strategi dan Perencanaan (Strategy & Planning)

• Run bank-wide Data Quality function and work programs, including its integration with Metadata Management and other Data Management capabilities in the Bank.
• Ensure that policy, standards and SOPs relating to Data Quality and related areas (i.e. business, regulatory and strategic data requirements) are implemented effectively across the Bank.
• Run the development and execution of Data Quality framework, including tactical data cleansing strategy and implementation.
• Run the coordination with Business Units to resolve significant Data Quality issues, provide Data Quality-related advice to the Business Units or projects (i.e. both tactical and strategic advice) and track, report then escalate (if needed) all strategic remediation actions.
• Facilitate and run Data Quality Forum (or similar) to coordinate Data Quality activities and maintain or improve traction and awareness from the business and data communities.
• Ensure that adequate Data Quality control is implemented and that oversight of the control is performed to mitigate business risk that relies on the data controls, from both BAU changes and project-driven changes. This includes monitoring and reporting of key operational metrics to measure implementation and on-boarding of the Data Quality control.
• Run the implementation of Data Quality aspects of Data Management Framework, including supporting Data Owners and Data Stewards to measure the quality of data, quantify the impact of Data Quality issues and ensure root causes are identified and resolved as part of Data Quality Issue Management (DQIM) process.
• Align with and participate in CIMB Group Data activities and policies, where appropriate.

Kinerja Bisnis dan Manajemen (Business Performance and Management)

• Ensure that Data Quality is integrated with other Data Management capabilities, e.g. Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Master Data etc.
• Define Data Quality requirements, standards, rules and controls.
• Provide recommendations and facilitate concensus regarding the appropriate Data Quality, business rules, data formats and delivery mechanisms to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate Business Units to interpret and apply Data Management standards consistently across all business areas and change programmes, including awareness and training.
• Coordinate and/or participate in relevant forums to represent Data Management, if needed.
• Participate in additional strategic and tactical Data Governance activities as defined by Senior Leadership, when capacity allows.

Kepatuhan (Regulatory Compliance)

• Coordinate with RCU, Regulatory unit and/or relevant teams to ensure that data governance approach comply with internal / external policy and requlatory requirements, where needed.
