A CDP (Chef de Partie) Pastry is a key position in the kitchen, specifically focused on the preparation and presentation of all pastry-related items more specific gelato product. Key Responsibilities of a CDPGelato Preparation and Production:

Prepare a variety of gelato, Sorbet, Jams, Caramel, toping according to standardized recipes.Ensure the correct use of ingredients, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining high hygiene standards.Create and prepare components for Gelato,Sorbet, Jams, Caramel, toping and other Flavor.

Menu Planning and Development:

Contribute to menu planning and help create new Product, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.Assist the Gelato chef in conceptualizing and designing innovative gelato, sorbet, jams and caramel for the Client.

Quality Control:

Ensure the highest level of quality and consistency in all product preparations.Taste-test product to ensure they meet required standards of flavor, texture, and presentation.Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients, ensuring they are stored properly to maintain their quality.Presentation and Decoration:

Decorate Gelato,sorbet creatively and artistically, paying attention to detail in presentation.Ensure all gelato, Sorbet in Pan are presented according to the standards and aesthetic.Inventory and Stock Management:

Maintain an organized storage system for all ingredients, ensuring items are correctly labeled and stored.Work with the kitchen team to minimize waste and utilize ingredients efficiently.Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Supervise All staff, providing guidance and training when necessary.Assist in training and mentoring new staff, teaching them about the kitchens standards, procedures, and recipes.Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, following proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness procedures.Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times, adhering to local health regulations and kitchen policies.
