Lingkup Pekerjaan

Menulis, mengedit, dan memperbarui dokumentasi teknis untuk produk dan layanan perusahaan

Mengembangkan panduan pengguna, manual instalasi, dokumentasi API, dan materi pelatihan

Bekerja sama dengan tim pengembang dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk memahami produk dan proses

Menyederhanakan konsep teknis yang kompleks menjadi informasi yang mudah dipahami oleh audiens non-teknis

Mengelola dan mengorganisir konten dokumentasi menggunakan sistem manajemen konten (CMS)

Memastikan konsistensi gaya, format, dan terminologi dalam seluruh dokumentasi
OnXP mempunyai Corporate Partner yang mencari kandidat Technical Writer dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:

Pria/wanita max 35 tahun

Penempatan di DKI Jakarta (Memungkinkan untuk Hybrid)

Tingkat pendidikan minimal S1 Ilmu Komputer/Teknik Informatika/Sistem Informasi (4 tahun) dengan keahlian dibidang terkait dengan masa kerja minimal 3 (tiga) tahun

Kemampuan menulis dan mengedit dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris dengan sangat baik

Pengalaman dalam membuat dokumentasi teknis, termasuk manual pengguna, dokumentasi API, dan panduan instalasi

Kemampuan untuk memahami dan menjelaskan konsep teknis yang kompleks

Keterampilan komunikasi yang kuat dan kemampuan untuk bekerja secara kolaboratif dalam tim

Pengalaman dengan alat dokumentasi seperti Microsoft Office

Pemahaman tentang alat pengembangan perangkat lunak seperti JIRA, atau alat manajemen proyek lainnya
